Comfrey

One of the most potent healing herbs, comfrey has a long history of use for soothing wounds and skin irritations, as well as easing pain from sprains and muscle strains. Numerous studies have proven comfrey's effectiveness for a broad range of issues. Used topically, comfrey is demonstrated to ease inflammation, swelling, and joint pain, stimulate cell production, and speed new tissue growth.
